We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Retirement Plan Administration to oversee the administration, regulatory compliance, and financial performance of our Pooled Employer Plan (PEP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the plan complies with all federal and state regulations, managing fiduciary and operational risks, promoting the PEP to participating employers, and overseeing financial analysis and reporting.
This position requires strong expertise in retirement plan administration, ERISA compliance, risk management, and the ability to build and manage relationships with participating employers.
